Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If an item arrives damaged or if there is a shipping error, please contact Customer Service at (855) 289-3427 to schedule a return.
- Most items that we sell may be returned within 30 days of purchase, although some items may be marked as non-returnable.
- Returns must be clean, unused and in originally packaging.
- Returns that are not due to defective product and/or J&B At Home error may incur up to a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.
- J&B At Home is not responsible for re-shipments if an incorrect ship-to address was entered online. However, we will do our best to have your order re-routed to the correct destination.
- Shipments outside of the United States are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms of this Policy.
Payment, Pricing, & Promotions
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we do strive to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, J&B Medical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will hold your order and notify you of the price increase. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
