1st layer is an ultra-soft cotton knit fabric that’s very gentle on the skin. 2nd layer is a wicking layer that effectively pulls the moisture away fro the skin. 3rd layer is specially engineered sewn in absorbency pad that grabs, holds and locks in fluids. 4th layer is an oversized moisture proof barrier for maximum protection. For moderate blader incontinence (up to 6oz). barrier is made of whiper-quiet, waterproof, reinforced vinyl to prevent spillover. Built-in 100% polyester absorbency pad. Machine washable.
